If a budget is important to you, the budget tracker will help you.

Keep track of your expenses. Set a budget and stick with it!
If you manage this worksheet by keeping track of every purchase, you can be sure to stay within your limits and avoid overspending. If you find yourself making unwise purchases based on want versus need, it will be easier to identify what you should cut and keep what you really need.

To create an effective budget tracker, first identify the primary services you will need to meet your basic needs. Then, set a budget for each of the basics you have listed. Next to each service on the sheet, mark the budget you have set for that particular service in the "budgeted cost" column.

If you will be receiving financial support from other family members, be sure to map out the budget plan with them. Sometimes when the budget is planned with those responsible financially there is a better understanding of what is involved and a foundation of communciation about the wedding plans becomes established.

As you build this 'blue print' of your budget, both parties get an idea of an accurate estimate. If you will be receiving financial support from family members, working out the budget with them using the worksheet allows them to see how you will be handling the finances.
