You must return the order with the issued Return Authorization Number within 15 days of issuance. Orders returned after 15 days of issuance of a Return Authorization Number will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Orders returned over thirty days after issuance of a Return Authorization Number will not accepted.
Product(s) must be in returned in their original packaging, may not be damaged in any way and must be in resellable condition.
Personalized items, consumable items and cameras may not be returned
Canceled orders may be subject to a 5% service fee.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
