Cake Flavors and Fillings
All cakes are four layers tall, and each layer is brushed with a flavored syrup to compliment the cake and filling. Unless otherwise noted, we use an Italian meringue buttercream that is light in texture and white in color. We can frost any cake with rolled fondant to give it a porcelain-like finish. We also use fondant and gum paste to achieve those intricate designs. The following are just a few suggestions of the delicious combinations we commonly pair together.
Chocolate Buttermilk Cake
Flavors change with the seasons and the times. Ask about our seasonal/holiday flavors, such as pumpkin spice cake with cream cheese filling.
The cost of a wedding cake varies depending on the intricacy of the design and the total number of servings. Our stacked cakes start at $3.50 per serving. Fondant-covered cakes start at $4.50 per service. We also offer fresh flowers and special displays for additional fees. We ask for a $100 deposit upon confirmation of the date, with the balance due two weeks prior to the day of the wedding.
Remember us on your first anniversary. We'll make a four-inch cake just for you, and it's on the house! Forget about freezing the top tier when you can get one fresh and free.
Because our calendar can fill up quickly, it's a good idea to call at least three to four months in advance to schedule a consultation.
